Xuhui Zhou is currently a Ph.D. candidate in the Kevin T. Crofton Department of Aerospace and Ocean Engineering at Virginia Tech. His research mainly focuses on developing frame-independent neural networks for nonlocal turbulence modeling and using neural-network-based methods for geosciences (e.g., flow through porous media and urban canopy flow).
